What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site (contact, audit request) we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, phone, company name and a brief message.
When you visit the site we may also collect standard server-log data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and the referring page. This is used to keep the site secure and to improve it.
If you consent to cookies we collect anonymous usage analytics (see our Cookie Policy for the full list).
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries you send us, and to deliver the services you ask for.
To improve this website and the services we offer.
To comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
Where required, to send you information about our services (only if you have explicitly opted in).
Legal basis
We rely on your consent for cookies and marketing communications, on legitimate interest for security and site improvement, and on contract for delivering services you have asked us to provide.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and deliver our services — for example our hosting provider, email provider, and analytics provider. Each of these is bound by a data-processing agreement.
We disclose information to public authorities only when legally required.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and audit-request data: 24 months from last contact.
Client records: 7 years after the end of our engagement (for tax and contractual reasons).
Server logs and anonymised analytics: up to 26 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
